Max Makes Munch

Easy 5-Minute Houmous

An absolute staple sold in vast quantities in supermarkets globally, but it is also incredibly easy to make yourself in no time at all. When made fresh, homemade houmous has far more flavour and tastes better than store-bought.

I always keep a can or two of chickpeas in the cupboard, and it's a regular lunch choice for us, either with bread, with a salad, or in a wrap.  Once you make it for yourself and see how easy it is, you'll never go back to buying ready-made again.
